Board of Directors

The Board is a comprised of Colorado business leaders from the public, private, government, and academia sectors that are dedicated to advancing technology-based companies through the use of nanotechnology. They are responsible for setting policy, financial oversight and appointment of committees. The Board is responsible for educating, promoting, advocating and reaching out to Colorado’s elected officials, state and federal governmental agencies and the media to educate them on the importance of nanotechnology on Colorado’s economy. The Board is also responsible to review other state and national funding opportunities that may be available to support the organization and statewide nanotechnology efforts. The Board builds strategic alliances between industry, academia, research institutions, and economic and workforce development partners that influence the state’s business environment in Colorado. The Alliance’s Board serves as the advocacy voice to promote and support regulatory, legislation, policy initiatives and public education.

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee provides direct operational oversight of the Alliance. It assists the Executive Director in internal financial monitoring, programming, operational and policies for the organization. The Executive Committee also oversees the annual audit and monitors the monthly expenditures, grants and revenues.
